Hi! My name is Roberta Peña Coindreau. I'm a writer/director.

I write bittersweet, emotionally grounded dramas, especially those exploring themes of loss, childhood perspective, and family.

I also write comedies spanning dark, satirical, and situational.

About me and my work

I'm currently studying Film and TV, with a minor in Dramatic Writing, at SCAD Savannah. I started writing stories and reading them to my younger siblings when I was nine, and I strive to continue to bring my child spirit into my stories.
